I am a vegetarian. But sometimes I put Lea and Perrins sauce, which contains anchovies, on my food. I always feel guilty about it, but do it anyway. I hate it when people call themselves vegetarian but still eat fish. Does this make me as bad as them?

Also, a few weeks ago I ate a whole packet of Maynards Wine Gums, which contain beef gelatin. I completely forgot until I'd eaten half the packet, but I carried on eating them. I've felt guilty ever since.

I am a rubbish vegetarian.

Is there a vegetarian alternative to Lea and Perrins? It's just so tasty, damnit!

  1. You're not a rubbish vegetarian. I'm a vegetarian too and even I have to keep myself from grabbing certain stuff that includes Meat extracts in it. I stopped having from McD after I read about how they add beef extracts in their french fries. And I used to be addicted to their french fries. Nowadays, at times when I pass through the McD lane, I get these sudden urges to get in grab some fries. I mean I mean, fries are veg food right? Why the hell do they have to add Meat extracts to it?!!
